Cancellation & Returns

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our No.1 Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

Thakur’s Sarees assures you the best of quality when it comes to our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason; you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. We shall issue 85% refund of the cost of the product (15% shall be charged as Order Processing charges.) on receipt of the product. You will have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Please note that we are not accepting any returns for special order stitched clothing.

You need to notify us first before returning any product. You may do this through the “Contact Us” page on our web site before returning any product.

Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at Thakur Sarees.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No. +91-265-2325225 between 11am and 7pm or write to us cs@thakursarees.in.

Customer needs to bear the shipping costs while returning the products.

We shall not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.

We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

If you get damaged product from us then we will dispatch same product within 7 days and we shall pay for the shipping costs of this damaged product. While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’. All defective products being returned to Thakur’s Sarees shall be done ONLY through registered courier.

At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

In case of International Cases, Once you give the confirm order and is dispatched then we can’t Return back from you.

Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However, we would accept returns if we are believe there was any fault from our end.

Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office.

Cancellation in Customer Cases:
We appreciate if you inform us within 24 hour advance in case you do not wish to accept the order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

Cancellation in COD Cases:
We appreciate if you inform us in advance in case you do not wish to accept the COD order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.


Refunds are made as follows:
If the payment was made in cash or any other like credit card or debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made within 48 hrs Refund will given.
